Cisco Networking University -- how well does information technology prepare y'all for the exams?

I am currently enrolled in the Cisco Networking University at my local community higher. I plan to have the ICND 1 and 2, but every fourth dimension I look at the "do" questions I discover on other websites, I get a picayune freaked out. I am doing very well in my classes (currently in the middle of CCNA4), and I feel like I have a expert grasp of the concepts and fabric--just the practice questions often don't look like annihilation I've encountered in the Academy textbooks. My question is--for those of yous who have completed the Cisco Networking Academy CCNA 1 - 4 classes -- how well do the classes prepare you for the exams? Are the examination questions similar to the chapter quizzes and exam questions?
